Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select (bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly)

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance, pause or cancel.

All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of the term but can be updated, paused, or canceled at any time in the customer portal.

How to edit, pause or cancel your subscription:

Access and edit your subscription:
  • Log in through this link with the email associated with your subscription.
  • After submitting the form, check your email for a link that directly Logs you to your subscription portal.
  • In the accounts portal, you will edit any personal, payment, and delivery information. In addition, you will be able to change (add/remove products and change frequency), pause, or cancel your subscription.
