La Vela Coffee Espresso Machine Giveaway - Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The La Vela Coffee Espresso Machine Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of La Vela Coffee, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, subscribe to La Vela Coffee’s email newsletter during the Giveaway Period. Only one entry per person per Giveaway Period is allowed. You may unsubscribe for our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails. 
3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway is conducted triannually. The first Giveaway period will end on December 31, 2024. Each following Giveaway period begins on January 1, May 1, & September 1 and ends on April 30, August 30, & December 31, respectively. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
4. Prize: One (1) winner will be selected each Giveaway Period to receive an Espresso Machine (approximate retail value: $300). The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. A participant may only win once. If a previous winner is selected again, an alternate winner will be drawn.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 7 days after the end of the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during subscription. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of La Vela Coffee, which are final and binding. La Vela Coffee reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
7. Limitation of Liability: La Vela Coffee is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants release and hold harmless La Vela Coffee from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
8. Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with La Vela Coffee’s privacy policy, available at here.
