Solid Rounded Flavor

Brewed at 90C, ratio of 1:20, pour time 2:20 @ medium-fine grind. a well rounded roast that strikes a solid balance between medium and dark roast. campfire aroma when black with the mildest acidic notes, a sign of a solid roast! a rich, milk chocolate flavor with subtle tasting notes of citrus the further in the cup you go :)
